Temsa and Ilesbus launch Coachfest 2023

Temsa UK and Ilesbus have teamed up to bring the industry Coachfest 2023 – an open day and trade show combined, with a family-friendly format.

Set for Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 August, the event will fill the huge Lodge Garage site near Cleckheaton, home to Temsa Sales UK (TSUK), and will feature a display of vintage PSVs alongside the new vehicles in the Temsa and Ilesbus stables. All operators attending will get a free drink and meal, and Paul Gardener – TEMSA Regional Manager – says he’s busy hiring children’s entertainment.

“The way this has taken off surprised us all, but we’re delighted that all the trade area is now filled, and we are now on the look-out for more vintage vehicles,” he told Bus & Coach Buyer. “Temsa and Ilesbus will have most of the range of coaches for visitors to see, and some to drive. Plus, there will be a large selection of used coaches available to see and buy.”

The event will feature a charity raffle, with prizes donated by trade suppliers. Proceeds will go to the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) charity.

The 20-plus trade stands will be under cover, and visitors will be able to talk to Temsa UK about their one-stop-shop dealership (see B&CB 19 May issue), which now includes parts and servicing at the Lodge Garage facility.
