Irizar UK gets first Customer Experience Manager

Irizar UK has appointed William Kay into the new role of Customer Experience Manager.  Most recently with Volkswagen Group, William also has experience with both BMW and McLaren Automotive, along with a BSc Business degree.

William said: “I’m overjoyed to be joining Irizar UK and taking on the fantastic opportunity of the Customer Experience Manager role. With the industry continually evolving and lots of exciting projects on the cards I’m thrilled to be onboard at such a pivotal time.”

The newly created roll will cover not only the traditional Aftersales element of Customer support, but also dove-tail into the sales process to provide Customer continuity from the point of Order and onwards through the life of owning an Irizar.

William is married with two young children. In his spare time he is something of a self-confessed ‘petrol head’, and enjoys rebuilding and generally tinkering with cars.
