EVM and INDCAR sign partnership

INDCAR Ireland formed as minibus bodybuilder grows presence in Ireland with new joint venture.

Spanish coachbuilders, INDCAR, has signed an agreement with EVM as it seeks to build on its presence in Ireland. The joint venture will work under the name of INDCAR Ireland.

The new partnership is part of the minibus bodybuilder company growth strategy into the European market. The decision is seen as a great opportunity to expand the dealer network with the goal of being closer to clients and offering a more direct service.

The agreement gives EVM exclusive rights to the distribution of INDCAR models in Ireland. The models include the Next L8 and Next L9, which are both built on Mercedes-Benz chassis, as well as the award-winning Wing Iveco. Since 2001, INDCAR has sold more than 300 vehicles in the Irish market. Its product will be supported in the country with a network of aftersales agents.

An official presentation including roadshows is expected to be announced soon. The manufacturer is to attend Coach & Bus Show 2018, held in Dublin on 17 and 18 November.

In the UK, INDCAR vehicles are already supplied by the Moseley group of companies.
