Bus users: 88% are satisfied

Bus passenger satisfaction remains high, according to Transport Focus’s recent report. The organisation’s Bus Passenger Survey carried out in autumn 2018 revealed 88% of passengers in England (excluding London) were satisfied with their last bus journey.
