Arriva seeks public feedback

Arriva is hosting an in-person public event on 21 February in Medway.

The Medway Passenger Forum will give passengers a chance to share their views on bus transport. The initiative aims to engage bus users in shaping the future of the bus services, with changes set to be implemented in September 2024.

The event takes place at the Pentagon Centre, Chatham on Wednesday 21 February between 10am and 4pm.

Attendees on the day will also have the option to leave anonymous feedback using printed feedback forms available at the event venue.

For those unable to attend in person, the Medway Passenger Forum has an online form so that people can submit their comments and suggestions.
