Xplore Dundee supports Learning Journey

Xplore Dundee, National Express’s bus operation in Dundee, is supporting Go Dundee’s Learning Journey, a project that helps local people understand their own city better. The operator’s Corporation-liveried double decker took members of the public on a tour of the city recently, stopping at venues celebrating Dundee’s achievement of UNESCO ‘City of Design’ status.

MD of Xplore Dundee, Elsie Turbyne, said, ‘We’re very pleased to support this event once again, as it’s such a good way for local people to discover the hidden parts of our city and to understand the variety of organisations and industries which give Dundee its character and make it successful. It’s a particularly good year for us to be involved after launching our new branding and buses, which were designed by local students from Dundee and Angus College. I think they perfectly showcase the creative talent here in our city, so participating in this year’s “City of Design” Learning Journey is a natural fit.’
