Video: Greys of Ely focuses on video content in engagement strategy

Greys of Ely has partnered with digital agency Front Foot Creative to make video content a key part of their engagement strategy in 2022.

Greys says the partnership has allowed it to enhance the communication around the qualities and values that set it apart from their competition.

The first in its planned series of videos highlights Greys’ commitment to outstanding customer service and the meticulous steps that are taken to ensure a safe, first-class customer experience both in normal times and during the pandemic. Other content projects, to be released throughout 2022 include a VIP coach showcase and staff training animation.

The operator is no stranger to using video in its marketing, uploading its first clip to its YouTube channel seven years ago.
