UNVI renovates Porto facility
To reinforce its long-term strategy, UNVI has undertaken a complete reform of its facilities in Porto, Portugal.
The factory was built in the mid-1960s and has been owned by UNVI since 2006. The renovation began in 2018 and was completed in spring 2020. The inauguration has been postponed due to Covid-19.
All workspaces have been redesigned for the highest safety and comfort. UNVI says it has paid the utmost attention to ensuring the necessary conditions to manufacture a high quality product, without sacrificing the versatility and flexibility that its customers appreciate.
Deliveries and orders
In the last quarter of 2020, an order of 30 units of its UNVI URBIS was delivered to Horários de Funchal (Madeira, Portugal), with a version specially adapted to the mountainous routes and stops of the destination.
This December, UNVI is starting the series of a new urban order with the new C21 body.
