UK Bus Awards entries are now open
Entries for the 2024 edition of the UK Bus Awards are now open.
This year’s competition features a streamlined entry process, ensuring ease and accessibility for all participants.

This year’s awards promise to be as competitive and inspiring as ever, showcasing the best in innovation, service, and dedication.
“The streamlined entry process and the careful selection of categories ensure that we recognise the true leaders and innovators who are driving the bus industry forward. We look forward to seeing the incredible submissions and celebrating with our finalists and winners at the presentation ceremony in November.”
Nominations close at 5pm on Friday 3 August (30 August for London awards). The presentation ceremony is due to take place on Tuesday 26 November at Troxy, London.

• Recruitment and Retention
• Top National Bus Depot
• Top National Bus Driver
• UK Bus Operator of the Year
• Top City Operator
• Top Independent Operator
• Top Shire Operator
• Unsung Hero
• Young Manager of the Year
Due to strategic adjustments following discussions with stakeholders, the Buses for Leisure, Enriching the Customer Experience and Top Express Service categories will be rested for this year.
The judging process will include interviews, discussions and mystery travelling throughout August and September. Candidates for the Engineer, Manager, and Young Manager of the Year categories will participate in discussions with the judges and present a ten-minute overview of their achievements. These sessions are scheduled for late September in central London.
