Symphony Chauffeurs to wind up business

Symphony Chauffeurs, a Heathrow-based operator, has been ordered to wind up its business.

It has been ordered that the costs of the petitioner in the case, HMRC, are to be paid out of the assets of the company.

Symphony Chauffeurs was incorporated in June 2010. The company had an operator’s licence for ten vehicles, which has been revoked. It traded under the name Symphony Coaches.

In 2017, B&CB reported the business was fined for polluting the River Crane. Symphony Chauffeurs Ltd, Eastern Business Park, Ely Road, Hounslow, was fined £18,000 by Ealing Magistrates’ Court on 4 December 2017. The Court ordered the firm to pay £12,113.62 in costs and a victim surcharge of £170. The company was charged with two counts of allowing poisonous, noxious or polluting matter into the River Crane, between May 2015 and February 2016, as well as one count of failing to provide the Environment Agency with documents relating to its activities.

The order to wind up Symphony Chauffers was published at Companies House on 11 March 2025.
