Stagecoach’s £25,250 charity boost

Across the six Stagecoach depots in the north east, staff raised £25,250 for various charities over the festive period. Notably, Robert Taylor and Mark Johnston, bus drivers from Stagecoach North East’s Sunderland depot, collected £2,180 for St. Benedict’s Hospice and the North of England Children’s Cancer Research Fund (NECCR). The pair dressed as elves, snowmen and Santa Claus throughout December to encourage passengers to donate.
