Stagecoach Non-exec to step down

Stagecoach Group Non-executive Director, Helen Mahy CBE, is to step down from the company’s Board at the end of February 2016. She is to be appointed a Non-executive Director of SSE Plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 March 2016. The Board and its Nomination Committee has already commenced a search for a new Non-executive Director.

Chairman, Sir Brian Souter, said, ‘On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Helen for her contribution to the Stagecoach Group since she joined in 2010. In particular, she has brought a keen focus to the health, safety and environmental governance of the Group.’
