Stagecoach donates £10,000 to Philippines

Stagecoach Group is donating £10,000 to help the international response to Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. In addition, the Group has also agreed to match the fund raising efforts of its 35,000 bus and rail employees in the UK and North America up to the value of £40,000. Stagecoach Group Chairman, Sir Brian Souter, said, ‘The scale of the human tragedy caused by this disaster has touched all of our hearts and everyone wants to respond to the tremendous need of people in the Philippines.’
