Sheffield passengers to have
their say

Sheffield Bus Partnership partners are making themselves available for comments from passengers in a series of events in the Sheffield area. Representatives from Stagecoach in Sheffield, First South Yorkshire, Sheffield Community Transport, South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive and Sheffield City Council will be available at drop-in events. The sessions will be taking place until 16 April. Alternatively, customers can have their say via an online survey.

SYPTE Deputy Interim Director General, David Young, said, ‘The Sheffield Bus Partnership has been a huge success since it launched in 2012. Millions of extra passengers are using local services, more buses are running on time, complaints are falling and people are benefitting from new links and better frequencies. We want to build on the strong foundations developed over the last three years. Feedback from members of the public is vital in helping us to do this, so we can continue to shape the bus network around passenger needs. The drop-in sessions and survey provide a great opportunity for the people of Sheffield to tell the Bus Partnership about what they like about their bus services and any areas for improvement.’
