Arriva UK Bus’ premium Sapphire brand is to be recognised for its exemplary commitment to customer excellence at the UITP (International Association of Public Transport) World Congress & Exhibition. The service is to be celebrated alongside three other global transport operators in the Customer Services category during the awards taking place in Milan on 10 June.
