RHA now offering legal support for coach operators

RHA coach members can now get access to legal advice and support across a wide range of operational and business matters.

Available now, the service is priced from as low as 29p per day. If coach members require immediate legal assistance, their case will be referred to a dedicated lawyer who will help make the right decisions when the pressure is on, even if this falls outside of office hours.

RHA Legal services offer support for commercial contracts, corporate activities such as property disputes. The service even offers further assistance at preferential rates. Representation for Public Inquires and Employment Tribunals are also included.

The service has already been offered to the trade body’s haulage members. To date, RHA legal services has received over 32,000 employment and regulatory calls since 2016 with 98% of all problems resolved within the first day.
