RHA Coaches heads towards membership target
RHA Coaches continues to extend its offering to coach operators as its membership grows, and is well on track to meet targets.
Andy Warrender of RHA Coaches said membership is now over 160, with a rough average of a new member every week, with few leaving the trade association: “Particularly pleasing is that 40% are not previously members of a trade association, though with around 3,000 coach operators in the UK, it does leave a lot of questions unanswered.”
The latest additions to the RHA Coaches armoury of services is a legal services section from Backhouse Jones, which has been retained by the RHA and can now offer specific coach advice, and the ABTA ‘bonding’ offering, which gives a 50% discount to the ABTA joining fee and application fee: “In addition to the financial protection, ABTA has its own legal service, social media help, sustainability advice and destinations help,” said ABTAs Esther Riske.
