RHA celebrates three years of coach support

Trade body RHA is celebrating three years since the launch of its coach membership. It was established after coach firms asked the RHA to consider launching a membership and to represent the sector.

More than 120 coach operators are now members.

“It gives me great pride that we are now the fastest growing trade association in the coach industry” – Richard Bamber, RHA Coach Forum Chair and Managing Partner for Anthony’s Travel

Richard Bamber, RHA Coach Forum Chair and Managing Partner for Anthony’s Travel, said: “It’s incredible that three years have passed since the launch.

“It gives me great pride that we are now the fastest growing trade association in the coach industry with so many members in such a short space of time.”

The RHA launched its Coach Forum in 2022 which offers members a platform to help shape the Association’s policy and direction.

“I’d like to thank the operators who have trusted us on this journey so far” – Richard Smith, RHA Managing Director

Richard Smith, RHA Managing Director, said: “We are very proud to support and represent the coach sector through our member services and campaigning.

“We recognised that there were a lot of synergies between the HGV and coach sectors so it made perfect sense that we would offer our experience, knowledge and support to operators who wanted to join us.

“I’d like to thank the operators who have trusted us on this journey so far and I look forward to continue collaborating with them on their key priorities.”

The RHA’s third annual National Coach Week celebration is taking place between 8-12 April. The campaign will promote careers in our sector and showcases what the industry offers the UK economy.
