Organisation shines spotlight on women in bus and coach

A new campaign is being launched by the Women in Bus and Coach initiative (WiBC) called ‘Spotlight On’.

The initiative aims to showcase the incredible contributions of women in all roles across the bus, coach and community transport sector. It serves to highlight the diverse talents and achievements of women in various roles in the industry. The intent is to inspire others to pursue careers in this field and foster a more inclusive and diverse workforce.

Throughout the campaign, WiBC will feature interviews, profiles, and success stories of women in various roles within the sector, providing insights into their career journeys, challenges and achievements. These stories will be shared on WiBC’s website and social media platforms.
