Nottingham Fathers’ Day drive

Following the success of its “Mother’s Day Bus Ride” experience earlier this year, Nottingham City Transport is repeating it for the dads! On Sunday 19th June 2016, five lucky fathers will be given the chance to drive a double decker bus around Langar Airfield.

On the day, the fathers and their families will be asked to travel to a location within the city, where they’ll be picked up by bus (of course) and taken to Langar. Once there, instructed by Nottingham City Transport’s award-winning training team, they’ll get to spend the morning driving and manoeuvring a double-decker bus around the safe and vast expanse of the airfield…maybe even competing against the other dads in a bit of friendly rivalry!

Cusomers were asked to nominate their dads by 10th June with the five lucky winners being notified on 13th June.
