Nottingham City Transport (NCT) has launched its Pudsey Bus in support of Children in Need. The special Pudsey Yellow Line 68/69 bus entered service between Nottingham, Basford and Bulwell and has been decorated with customary Pudsey spots, splashes of yellow and the Pudsey mascot. The famous yellow bear has been riding the bus personally this week to raise awareness of the charity. The operator is donating all money taken on the Pudsey Bus on Appeal Day (18 November 2016) to the cause. A previous fundraising Pudsey Bus was operated by NCT in 2011, with its return following requests from employees who are keen to support Children in Need. The company is also encouraging its employees to wear yellow on the 18 November to show support for the charity.
