Nationwide coach marketing campaign sets in motion
Candice Mason of Masons Minibuses and Coaches is getting the wheels turning on a nationwide coach marketing campaign
More operators are being urged to come onboard with a nationwide coach industry marketing campaign. Registrations for a webinar on plans for the initiative are now open.
The webinar is scheduled to take place at 11am to 12pm on Wednesday 2 June.
Readers of the article on Masons Minibuses and Coaches in the latest issue of Bus and Coach Buyer (21 June 2020) will already be familiar with the idea of a nationwide marketing initiative. The operator’s Manager, Candice Mason, revealed the plans for the campaign, which could potentially include television adverts.
During the webinar, the team behind the idea will pitch the marketing plan for a nationwide campaign to raise the profile for the whole coach industry. The initiative is fully backed and supported by all industry representing bodies.
The philosophy behind the campaign is that it is designed by the industry, for the industry. The initiative aims to join the sector together for one common goal: raising the profile of the coach industry and getting more customers to travel on its fleets, for now and the future.
“Do you want to put the coach industry in the front of everyone’s mind?” – Candice Mason
In a message sent out to operators, Candice Mason said: “If like myself, you have started to see an upturn in work, you may be wondering if this is still a worthy project to be involved in. My response would be: you are busy now but will you continue to be busy all through to next summer? Will the threat of an Indian variant have any further impacts to the future of your business? Do you want to see the profile of our industry recover and grow with it? Do you want to put the coach industry in the front of everyone’s mind? If the answer to any of these questions is ‘yes’, than you need to get involved.
“What started as a pipe dream is within touching distance, join us for this historical moment in our recovery from the pandemic. I very much look forward to welcoming you onboard this exciting journey.”
