National Coach Week launch with Transport minister

Secretary of State for Transport, Mark Harper MP, has confirmed he will attend the launch of National Coach Week on 8 April at Grindles Coaches, in his constituency at Cinderford, Gloucestershire.

National Coach Week will this year be focused on its people, with events staged around the country by its founders, RHA Coaches, and by operators and suppliers. The Grindles event will include RHA Coaches’ launch for its Manifesto for the Coach Industry, setting out its vision for the coach.

The week will include daily events staged by RHA Coaches but operators and suppliers are being encouraged to set up their own celebrations of the coach industry, and especially the people who make it work. In this vein, RHA Coaches has asked anyone who loves their role with coaching to record a 50-second ‘vlog’ of them explaining, in their own words, why the industry is a great place to be.

The videos can be posted on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn with the #NationalCoachWeek hashtag, and RHA Coaches will be sharing them.
