NatEx MD reopens Bruce’s

National Express UK Coach MD Tom Stables and UK Coach Head of Contracts, Alastair Coxon recently cut a ribbon to open four new buildings at Salsburgh based Bruce’s Coaches depot. They replace parts of the site that were damaged by fire six months ago. The visit also gave Tom the chance to tour the facility and meet Bruce’s boss, John Bruce, to discuss future plans for the two businesses. Bruce’s run five services on behalf of National Express to Bournemouth, London and Plymouth, having worked with them for 14 years.

John Bruce said, ‘We were delighted to welcome Tom to Bruce’s and show him round our new buildings, of which we are really proud. Our partnership with National Express has gone from strength to strength and the Scottish roads just wouldn’t be complete without our white National Express coaches proudly bearing the Scottish flag, so we hope the partnership continues long into the future.’
