NatEx and Stagecoach takeover discussions extended further

Talks concerning a takeover of Stagecoach by National Express continue.

The proposed date for National Express to announce its firm intention whether or not it wants to make an offer for Stagecoach has been reset to 14 December 2021.

This is the second time the decision making deadline has been changed over this deal. The potential for a Stagecoach takeover by National Express was first aired on 21 September 2021.
