Midland Red Day goes virtual

With the planned Midland Red Day public event cancelled due to the coronavirus, Transport Museum Wythall is to hold the event virtually on Facebook.

On 25 May, the Museum will be posting a variety photos and videos from previous events throughout the day as well as photos of current Midland Red vehicles. There will also be a Virtual Ride on a preserved Midland Red bus, planned to be its 1940 SON, GHA 337. Visiting vehicles are welcome, buses of a different colour or from your favourite fleet. Visitors are invited to post a picture from 10am on the day.
