Macmillan wins Arriva charity derby

Macmillan has won Arriva Midlands’ charitable Local Derby. The competition saw teams from both the Derbyshire branch of Macmillan and local disability charity Umbrella lobby for votes in an attempt gain the highest percentage of a £10,000 prize pot. The cancer charity secured 53% of the vote, winning them £5,345 of the money, with the remainder going to Umbrella.
