Last of the bendy buses

Coventry’s final bendy bus has come out of service.

National Express Coventry acquired its fleet of Mercedes-Benz Citaro articulated buses in 2003. They have now come to the end of their natural life as working vehicles. As the final one returned to the depot on the final day of service, all the staff from National Express’ Pool Meadow garage in Coventry lined the approach road and applauded.
