ITT Hub makes key appointments
Binswood Media, the organiser of ITT Hub 2020, has made two new appointments to its team. Nick Fielding joins as Event Director with Mel Holley also appointed to manage Content and Media Relations. Both Nick and Mel will report to CEO, Mark Griffin.
A musician by training, Nick Fielding will bring experience in event management to the team, having previously worked at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre – the venue where ITT Hub 2020 will take place. His role involved both managing exhibitions at the venue and many elements of the Farnborough International Airshow in both 2016 and 2018.
In his new brief, Nick will be responsible for delivery of all aspects of the exhibition and associated conference programme, as well as the overall exhibitor and visitor experience.
Mel Holley, former editor of RouteOne magazine, is set to bring in-depth knowledge and insight across all transport modes. His new role at ITT Hub 2020 sees him responsible for providing high quality information and content across a number of media channels.
“Their recruitment comes ahead of plan, due to a very positive reaction in the marketplace,” said Binswood Media Chairman, Leon Daniels OBE. “With a number of companies and organisations already on board in either an exhibitor, event partner or advisory board member capacity, it is clear that the collaborative hub concept of bringing together a broad spectrum of informed proactive stakeholders across the wider transport and logistics space has really struck a chord. With the full weight of the FTA also behind the event too as a Strategic Event partner, we now have an exceptional opportunity to drive ITT Hub 2020 forward as a key industry gathering.”
ITT Hub 2020 takes place for the first time on 13 to 14 May 2020 at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre.
