InterChoice goes into liquidation

A Wolverhampton coach operator has gone into liquidation, apologising to his customers and suppliers for money owed.

InterChoice Limited – which has seven O discs – is being handled by Begbies Traynor, which had a ‘virtual’ creditors’ meeting last week. The company, whose sole Director is John Evitt, has been trading since 1996. Companies House records Mr Evitt as a former Director of Preston Sands Hotel Ltd, YourCoach Holiday Ltd, Coach Choice Ltd and Interworld Holidays Ltd, all dissolved.

Mr Evitt claimed the failure comes partly as a result of Covid. He apologised to creditors, who include holidaymakers, and said he hoped to ‘make it up to’ customers in the future. A related company, InterChoice Holidays Ltd, continues to trade although it has been a dormant company since 2021. Its sole Director is Luis Evitt.

In 2018, InterChoice was winner of a Best Coach or Tour Operator – UK Tours Award, at the Group Leisure and Travel Awards.
