National Express has started its ‘instant day trip’ campaign, which sees thousands of affordable one way fares from £6 put on sale. Prices remain affordable right up until the day of travel meaning people can take off at the spur of the moment without getting financially stung. The fares were introduced by 30 July, which according to National Express’s analysis, is the day most people buy a ticket on the day of travel. Travellers can use a money saving tool to help them source the best last minute prices with National Express’ online Low Fare Finder.
