Free York coaching event organised
Visit York, in conjunction with B&CB’s sister title, Coach Tours UK, is holding a free coaching event in York.
Coach operators and tour planners are invited to the event hosted at the National Railway Museum on Monday 25 February 2019. Starting at 9.30am, it is intended to add value and enhance your coach tours to York, providing the chance to meet with the city’s top attractions, accommodation providers and tour guides.
The event will commence at 9.30am with a great opportunity for networking and a warm welcome. Attendees will have the chance to take part in a series of speed meetings giving them the opportunity to meet with both attractions and accommodation providers in person to help plan future tours into York, while they will also have the opportunity to hear about a full year of events and festivals happening in the city in 2019.
The day will also include a tour of the Railway Museum and a guided tour of York’s top attractions including JORVIK, York’s Chocolate Story and York Minster. Attendees will receive a complimentary breakfast roll on arrival at the Railway Museum and complimentary lunch at The Park Inn by Radisson York, followed by a tour of the hotel facilities and opportunities to discuss group rates. Other benefits include receiving two complimentary attraction passes for the city, giving free entry to some of its top attractions. A special rate is also available for those staying overnight at the Park Inn Radisson.
