“I love England and just HAD to be there, so FlixBus saved the day” – Senior Business Development Manager at FlixBus UK, Josh Eeles
Senior Business Development Manager at FlixBus UK, Josh Eeles, said: “I love England and just HAD to be there, so FlixBus saved the day. All our direct connections are now full with so many other fans doing the same thing!”
He is also without accommodation and is being put up by FlixBus colleagues based in Berlin.
He added: “I was meant to be in an important meeting on Monday so didn’t think I could make it, but my team sorted it for me to get there and back in time! Unreal scenes.”
Josh will travel 679 miles by FlixBus, taking 19 hours 40 minutes, from London Victoria Coach Station to Berlin Central Station, leaving at 10am today (12 April) and is due to arrive on 5.40am on Saturday 13 July.
“I have never travelled this far by coach – luckily our seats are comfy as I will likely be sleeping most of the way!” he concluded.
Searches for travel to Berlin from the UK by FlixBus increased by over 600% following England’s win on Wednesday.
