FlixBus celebrates two millionth passenger

FlixBus is celebrating carrying its two millionth passenger in the UK.

The lucky customer received free tickets to travel on FlixBus’s UK network, which covers more than 60 destinations, for the next 12 months, as well as a luxury spa day and a hamper of Flix-branded travel goodies.

The passenger, Juanita Kani, aged 22, from London, took her journey between the capital and Birmingham earlier this summer.

Juanita had been making trips between the two cities while completing her degree at Birmingham City University and has since moved back to London to pursue becoming a forensic scientist.

Flix officially launched its UK services in 2021, expanding to include a dedicated Scottish network in 2022.

Flix UK is part of the wider Flix group, which celebrated its tenth anniversary this year, operating in 41 countries around the world, and reported record passenger numbers of 60 million in 2022. The company has also announced plans to launch in Chile and India.
