First Tourismos for Marchants Coaches

Cheltenham based Marchants Coaches has added two Mercedes-Benz Tourismos to its fleet, the first time it has taken this model. The coaches have 49 and 51 seats with Luxline and Travel Star Xtra upholstery respectively. Power is delivered by the Mercedes-Benz OM 470hLA 290kW Euro6 engine matched to a ZF Ecolife gearbox. Safety systems include ABS, ESP and Brake Assist, all fitted as standard. Other specifications include cruise control and a Bosch Professional Line 3 audio-visual system with CD/DVD player and two 19 inch monitors.

The Tourismos were supplied by Mercedes-Benz Coach Sales at EvoBus (UK).
