Enviro300s for Stagecoach East Scotland
Stagecoach East Scotland has launched 14 ADL Enviro300s for its Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes routes. The 41 seat single deckers gradually began operating on routes 37, X37, 38, 39, 40 and X40 following their official launch. They represent a £2m investment by Stagecoach. Each bus features fresh branding and free wi-fi access. Staff from the operator presented a week’s free travel to the first 100 passengers who boarded the new branded buses on the day of their launch.
MD of Stagecoach East Scotland, Andrew Jarvis, said, ‘We’re pleased to introduce our newly branded buses to the residents and visitors of Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes. We hope that by adding the free wi-fi to these routes, our customers have the opportunity to catch up with friends, work or the latest news during their journey. To celebrate our ongoing investment, we wanted to reward some of our regular passengers on these routes, our Marketing Assistant, Katie boarded one of the new branded buses on Friday afternoon and offered a week’s free travel to the first 100 passengers boarding the bus!’
