Some online DVSA services will not be available from 15.45 on 18 February to 07.00 on 22 February 2016. This outage is due to planned maintenance and will affect the following services: lorry, bus and trailer vehicle test bookings and payments (driving tests will not be affected); DVSA Pre-Funded Account transactions, including ‘top-ups’ and balance checks; lorry, bus and trailer test expiry date checks; vehicle maintenance report requests; Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS) and ‘Operator Self Service’ including payments. DVSA’s Customer Service Centre will not be able to access these services during this period. General enquires are not affected.
