Dawsongroup Finance has ‘exceptional year’

Dawsongroup Finance, a Ringwood-based asset finance company, reports an exceptional year of growth despite the economic issues, with a growing team and new financial heights reached.

Since the start of the year, the company has expanded its team by 50%, taking on four sales team members and one operations team member. It has also closed a record number of deals, and reached internal profit goals well before the financial year end. The business’ client base increased by 45 clients this year alone.

April is currently the best-performing month of the year for the company, with the trend continuing with its current closed deals sitting at 164, which it says equates to one deal per day this year alone. The company has surpassed its annual profit goal, and hit 117% of its target by July.

Additionally, the company has been named as finalists for two awards: The British Business Awards and Asset Finance Connect Summer Awards 2023.

Building on its traditional base of hard and wheeled assets, Dawsongroup Finance is now branching out into financing sustainable energy equipment, working with newly formed sister company Dawsongroup Power Solutions.

The Dawsongroup Finance team has also been giving back to its local community, having sponsored events including the first-ever Ringwood Business Awards and the Ringwood Carnival. Kevin Wills also participated in a 60 km hike on the Tour de Fiz, raising over £58,000 for the Millimetres 2 Mountains charity.
