CTA is moving

Community Transport Association (CTA) is moving its UK central office to a new location in Manchester. From 1 September 2015, its new head office address will be: Community Transport Association, Aeroworks, 5 Adair Street, Manchester, M1 2NQ. Its Advice Line number has changed from an 0845 number to 0345 130 6195, making it cheaper for people to get in touch. The organisation has advised members that delays in response to emails and phone calls may be experienced between 24 August and 1 September whilst its systems are transferred to the new premises. The disruption to emails will affect all CTA offices, not only its central office.

Its Scotland office will also have a new address from 26 August: 21 Walker Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7HX. The telephone number will remain the same. MiDAS/PATs trainers who wish to place an order should do so by 14 August to guarantee delivery, as order processing will cease between 21 August and 4 September. Section 19 permit applications will not be processed between 17 August and 4 September.
