CT4N marks Community Transport week with free travel
CT4N is to mark the first-ever National Community Transport (CT) Week with free journeys.
CT Week will promote the contribution made by community transport providers around the country.
CT4N is offering a free trip for registered customers on its Easylink service on either Monday 23 October or Friday 27 October.
Registering to become an Easylink passenger is free, and anyone with a Mobility or Senior Citycard is eligible.
“We fully back the principle of CT Week…and believe community transport is more than just moving people from A to B” – Barry Allitt, CT4N Commercial Director
Barry Allitt, CT4N Commercial Director, said: “This is our chance to offer a thank you to our loyal customers, celebrate Community Transport Week, and spread the word about the benefits of using the Easylink service.
“We fully back the principle of CT Week, which has a theme of ‘Bridging the Gap, Connecting Communities’, and believe community transport is more than just moving people from A to B. It’s about fostering a sense of belonging, bridging divides, and empowering individuals to access education, employment, healthcare, and social opportunities that are the bedrock of a thriving community.”
