Bowd is new Arriva Midlands MD

As part of a wider restructuring in Arriva, Mark Bowd has become Arriva Midlands’ new MD following the departure of former MD, Alex Perry. Although Mark has not held the Arriva Midlands MD role before, he is familiar with the area, having been MD of Arriva Fox County. This latter operation has since merged into Arriva Midlands. Prior to the new position he was Group Engineering Director.

Alex Perry decided to leave the Arriva Midlands MD role in August this year following the announcement of a restructuring of operations. He is now owner of Croftdale Services Ltd. His previous roles have included Operations Director of National Express UK Coach, Director of Travel West Midlands and Project Director at National Express, as well as management roles at First and Badgerline.
