Blackpool’s poppy buses

Blackpool Transport is supporting this year’s Poppy Appeal with two fully wrapped buses designed by the Royal British Legion. The vehicles have been wrapped with the support of Mediaco, Autolines Graphics and Metamark who have all kindly donated the materials, print and time to this project.

Director of Delivery at Blackpool Transport, Bob Mason, said, ‘We are proud to work with our local partners and the local community fundraiser for the Royal British Legion in wrapping two of our vehicles for the Poppy Appeal. We have a number of ex-service personnel working at Blackpool Transport and we really want to raise awareness of the Poppy Appeal and encourage our customers and team at Blackpool Transport to continue to support the appeal as it launches the national appeal in this centenary year of remembrance for WWI.’
