Arriva’s Christmas Facebook fun

Arriva is spreading the festive spirit in the Southend, Rochford, Rayleigh and Castle Point areas by offering visitors to its Facebook page the chance to win prizes. The competition closes on 23 December and a prize winner will be chosen at random each day after liking and commenting on specific posts. Some of the posts will relate to places that the company’s mascot, Alfie the bus driver, has been to lately, with entrants guessing where he’s had his photo taken. On some of the days of the Christmas Countdown activity, the operator will be giving away a week’s free bus travel across the Southend, Rochford, Rayleigh and Basildon area, while on other days the prize will be a family day saver ticket. There will also be pantomime tickets and shopping, restaurant and cinema vouchers up for grabs.
