Arriva alters route following customer feedback
Arriva is making enhancements to its service between Derby and Burton-on-Trent in response to customer feedback.
The bus operator has released a list of changes to its X38 service, due to come into effect from Saturday 31 August. The changes to the route are intended to offer better connections across Derby, with buses running from Derby Bus Station before calling at Victoria Street on their way out of the city. The changes follow customers’ requests for buses to run every 20 minutes between Derby city centre, the Royal Derby Hospital and Burton town centre.
Arriva says more than 99% of is X38 journeys already operate and are punctual. All the operator’s single fares are still capped at £2.
