Alliance Transport Technologies makes online ordering easier

Following months of planning the new Alliance Transport Technologies website is now live. It has been designed to make it easier for customers to find the information that they are looking for and allow them to access all products and services in one digital platform. It features a new look in line with the company brand, designed to reflect the forward thinking and modern approach the business prides itself on.

The new homepage allows the customer to delve into searching for a product or service straight away using various methods


The key changes featured on the new site are online parts ordering, a booking facility for the re-manufacturing service and the ability to reserve a field service engineer. Customers will also be able to track orders through to delivery and receive live updates as items run through the re-manufacturing process.

To make finding a product as easily as possible, filter and search functionality has been integrated to allow customers to search by application, vehicle manufacturer and industry.

The site is completely mobile responsive therefore viewing performance and functionality are crisp and clean when viewing on mobile or tablet. There are also FAQs for every section of the site to provide customers with as much information as possible.

We listened to our customers and realised that we needed to create a platform that people can interact with.
