Albion reports best year ever

Inbound tour operator, Albion, reports that it is experiencing its best year ever, with sales currently 57% up on pre-pandemic levels. Offering UK escorted tours predominantly to the US market, the operator attributes much of the growth to the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, which is driving demand to visit the UK this year.

Albion is one of The JG Travel Group brands, specialising in escorted heritage tours of Great Britain and Ireland by coach.

The operator reports that its best-selling tour is the ten-day ‘Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee & Royal Palaces’ itinerary which includes visits to many of England’s royal residences, such as Buckingham Palace.
