21 Futuras for France

France’s recent liberalisation of its long distance transport rules has offered new opportunities for VDL Bus & Coach. At the end of 2015, ten Futuras were delivered to French passenger transport companies that provide services on the Starshipper long distance network. In the first months of 2016, the manufacturer is to deliver an additional 11 Futuras coaches for use on these services. All 21 of these vehicles are the FHD2-129/440 model.
