Xelabus launches new service

Hampshire-based Xelabus has launched a new service, linking Southampton City Centre with Portswood, Parkway, ASDA and Southampton Science Park at Chilworth.

Wifi, USB charge points and high-back, seat-belted leather seats are available on the new service, as well as Metro newspapers for passengers.

The first 100 passengers to use the lunchtime ASDA & Parkway link will receive a £5 ASDA shopping voucher.

Gareth Blair, Managing Director, said: “This is the start of our new look bus services across Hampshire. We work closely with our clients and passengers to tailor bespoke services. Our passengers are expecting more from their bus travel these days and rightly so. With the X21 you can sit back in comfort and surf online on the move.”

The service is designed to connect with trains and Xelabus’ X4 at Parkway Station for commuters travelling for Hedge End and West End to the Science Park.
