Woods trades i6 for an i6

Woods Coaches of Leicester has traded in an Irizar i6 it bought in 2012 for a higher specification version. The new addition is a 12.9m i6 Integral with 53 PB reclining seats, ZF’s AS-Tronic autochange gearbox, a reversing camera, a heated driver’s seat and a Hispacold climate control system. The operator carries out a range of work, including its own tour programme, day excursions, private hire and a number of contracts with sporting teams and their supporters in the Leicester area.

Woods’ Director, Ian Trigg, said, ‘The i6 turned out to be ideal within our fleet but for 2014, we wanted to upgrade to a higher specification to further improve the quality of the top end of our fleet.’
