Bus Mechanic / PSV Technician / HGV Engineer
Location: Patchway, Bristol
We are a large bus and coach family operated business with a sizeable depot in North Bristol. We are looking to recruit a PSV / HGV Mechanic.
Wages are £35,000 for 45 hours per week with overtime available including weekends. Day or night shifts. 28 days holiday per annum.
Working on a mixed fleet including National Express Coaches, applicants must have served a recognised apprenticeship as a Bus Mechanic / PSV Technician / HGV Engineer and hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Repairs. Our Bus Mechanics / PSV Technicians / HGV Engineers will have to be able to cope with the day to day pressures that a
busy vehicle workshop brings and be able to make decisions when faced with breakdowns.
Possession of a full UK Driving Licence is essential and a PSV / HGV Licence would be an advantage but is not essential as would an IRTEC qualification. On-going training will be provided.
